Frequently Asked Questions
We specialize in high-performance, heavy-duty top-load brands like Whirlpool, Maytag, and Kenmore. We intentionally avoid "fancy" digital screens that break easily. Instead, we provide the "workhorses" of the industry—machines known for actually getting clothes clean and lasting for years. Every unit is stripped down, sanitized, and performance-tested before it reaches your home.
To keep your monthly costs low and include free installation and maintenance, we start with a 12-month initial term. After your first year, the agreement automatically moves to a flexible month-to-month plan.
This is the best part of renting. If your washer or dryer has any mechanical issues, just let us know. We provide a full repair guarantee—we will come out to fix the unit or swap it for a fresh one at no cost to you. Our maintenance coverage includes repairs for normal wear and tear, replacement of parts, and labor costs.
To keep things simple, we use a "set-it-and-forget-it" secure automatic payment system. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment is processed on the same day each month. Your first payment is due on the day of installation.
Most Milwaukee homes have standard hookups. When you book, we will ask if your dryer is gas or electric. Professional installation is included, and optional new washer water hoses or a dryer vent connection are available if you need them.
No credit check is required. We just need a valid government-issued ID and a payment card on file at the time of delivery to secure your equipment.
We exclusively service Milwaukee, WI and surrounding Milwaukee areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your neighborhood, give us a call at (414) 436-9413.
Yes, there's a simple rental agreement you'll sign. It protects both of us and spells out the terms clearly.
Give us a heads up and we'll schedule a pickup. No cancellation fees after the initial contract.
